2000 - Chicken Casserole
Mix:
2 cans cream
of chicken soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
½ tsp. curry powder
Four chicken breasts - boil
until done. Remove skin and break up into pieces. Three pkgs.
of broccoli stalks boiled and drained.
In casserole place
layers of chicken and broccoli (place broccoli first). Cover
with sauce. Sprinkle ½ cup sautéed bread crumbs and then top
with ½ cup shredded sharp cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees
for 1 hour.
Hamburger
Stroganoff
½ cup minced onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1-clove garlic minced
1-tsp. salt
¼ cup butter
¼ tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground
beef
1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 8oz.Can sliced
l0 ½ oz. can
cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 Cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. minced
parsley
Sauté onions and garlic
in butter over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Add flour, salt,
pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup;
simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through.
Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with noodles or rice.
